Privacy policy

This policy covers mechanicarobotics.com and email from Mechanica Robotics, run by Jonathan Zajac, The Distillery Network Inc., 1009 Upper City Road, Pittsfield, NH.

What we collect

When you fill out a form: your name, company, role, business email, phone, city/state, the job you describe, and any photos or videos you upload. When you use the ROI calculator and ask us to email it: the numbers you entered and your contact details. Our server also keeps normal logs (IP address, browser) for security.

For business outreach we may keep public business information about a company: business name, website, the business contact's name and role, and a business email or phone published by that company. We note where we found it.

How we use it

To answer you, assess your job, send you what you asked for, and follow up about robots. We don't sell your information. We use service providers to run the site and send email (for example our web host and Amazon Web Services), only for those purposes.

Email and opting out

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, we stop for good, across all our emails.

EU / UK contacts

We contact businesses based on our legitimate interest in offering a business relationship. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we'll do it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

How long we keep it

As long as we have a business reason to, or until you ask us to delete it. Do-not-contact requests are kept (just the email address) so we never contact you again.
